The grapes are harvested early in order to obtain a lot of freshness and a good acidity. After a direct pressing, the alcoholic fermentation is done with a regular control of the temperature of the vats in order to preserve all the freshness and the dynamism of this variety.

A bright yellow colour with golden highlights. A sparkling nose with aromas of citrus and boxwood. The palate is fresh, acidic with notes of grapefruit, lime and a slightly herbaceous finish.
