The grapes are harvested in two stages, a first part in early harvest and a second in late harvest. This double harvest brings freshness, deliciousness and very concentrated fruit aromas. The juice is then obtained by direct pressing. Fermentation is carried out with temperature control to keep the maximum freshness and fruitiness of the wine.

A beautiful clear, slightly golden colour with water-green reflections. The nose is very delicate, with notes of white fruits. The mouth is fresh with a slight acidity. The attack tends towards notes of peaches and apricots before giving way to sweet aromas of bitter almonds.
